Returns & Cancellations
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on purchased products.
We will provide a refund or replacement only if a product is faulty, damaged during transit, or if you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@noari.com.au. Orders are processed and dispatched quickly, so while we will make every effort to accommodate cancellations, it may not always be possible, particularly during busy periods.
