What are the shipping rates within Australia?
All wholesale orders are shipped at the buyer’s expense.
Shipping costs are calculated after an order is placed and are based on the cubed (volumetric) measurement and total weight of the order, along with the delivery location. Due to the varied sizes and quantities of products, a flat shipping rate cannot be applied.
Once your order has been packed and cubed, we will confirm the final shipping cost for approval prior to dispatch. Orders will be shipped via our preferred courier unless otherwise arranged.
Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and courier services.
When will the order be dispatched?
Please allow 1 -2 business days from time of order for your order to be dispatched. Please note, during Public Holiday and peak sale times, there may be a slight delay in dispatch times.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
Please note that we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind on products purchased. We will only provide a refund or replacement where a product is faulty, damaged during transit or where you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law. If you need to cancel your order, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible. Our orders are swiftly processed and sent to the warehouse for picking and dispatch immediately after placement. While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, it may not always be possible, especially during peak periods. Where do we ship outside of Australia?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated per order based on cubed measurement and destination, with all shipping costs payable by the buyer.
Who is responsible for taxes or duties imposed on any products?
All prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, levies, or charges imposed outside of GST. Buyers are responsible for any additional costs that may be applied by their local authorities, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, or value-added taxes in the destination country.
We are unable to estimate or advise on local taxes, duties, levies, or charges and recommend that buyers familiarise themselves with their local regulations prior to placing an order.
When should I contact you regarding my wholesale order?
Please contact us if you have not received an order confirmation within 1–2 business days of placing your order, or if your order has not been dispatched within 5 business days. Our team will be happy to assist.
